We are almost approaching the year-end of 2022. It has been a pretty quick year and just passed by, just like 2021. At the beginning of 2022, I had set some goals for myself, mostly learning goals. I thought it would be good to take stock on where I am, and see what I can do in the rest of the two months!
Three items were my priority in learning associated with Software Testing:
- Business Analysis (Requirements)
- Observability (Monitoring)
- Software Supply Chain (Security)
While I had made good progress in each of them, 2023 presents more challenges with more stuff to learn! As is the case with any year! Because constant learning is part and parcel of an IT professional. Well, the stuff I want to learn in 2023 includes what is left-out from 2022 plus the following:
- Kubernetes
- Storage basics
- Databases and their performance
What are your learning goals in the rest of 2022, and in 2023? I am sure you would have lined up a whole bunch of things, other than of course the tools! Comment below and let us know! We all learn from each other.
Feel free to setup a time to chat with me to discuss your year-end goals.
